The car is designed to carry bulk grain and light mineral fertilizers of granulated coarse-grained crystalline non-corrosive grades such as carbamide, ammonia sulphate, etc., with specific gravity 0,77-0,8 g/cm3, as well as bulk powdered raw materials (mainly apatite concentrate ) for fertilizer production.

The open -top car permits to transport coal , break-stone, expanded clay aggregate, sand and other bulk materials.

Manufactured according to climatic conditions in version Y as per GOST 15150.

On customer's request cars with internal corrosion-resistant coat, as well as top-open cars can be delivered.

The car is loaded mechanically through four slotted center-line hatches ensuring the car blanket charging without changing position.

Differences between car Model 19-953-01 and its analogue Model 19-923:

  • Side and end walls are 100 mm higher
  • The top is 1074 mm longer, and 80 mm higher
  • There inclination of the body end walls is decreased from 65 up to 55°.

  • The body space is enlarged from 81 m3 to 89 m3 without increasing the car’s carrying capacity , which allows to use it for transportation of light-weight mineral fertilizers with specific weight 0,77-0,8 g/cm3
  • There inclination of the body end walls is decreased from 65 up to 55°.
  • The above design modifications of the car allow to use it more effectively for transportation of light-weight mineral fertilizers with low specific weight 0,77-0,8 g/cm3.
  • For opening and closing the covers of the unloading hatches the manual worm drive is used instead of the pneumatic one, allowing to uses the car in the discharge points which are not equipped with stationary compressed air sources.
    Pumping between rails permits to effect discharge of the car into specialized receiving devices to belt conveyors, and manual drive of unloading hatches affords opportunity break bulk at small-scale enterprises.
    The above design modifications of the car allow to use it more effectively for transportation of mineral fertilizers with low specific gravity and to increase its braking efficiency.
